possible exhaust leak or belt issue?
Please take a listen. 1991 f150 302. Cant tell if it is the belt torsion or miss allignment of the belt or an exhaust leak???

Yeah, that is definitely a belt noise. Ford had a TSB about that and it required replacing the belt along with the water pump pulley.
