Maybe in New Brunswick the dealers are crooked and some here in the U.S. are not to be trusted but the majority of them are ok. They have to pass a certain amount of customer satisfaction surveys in order to be a Blue Oval certified dealer.

What that means is if you have a bunch of bad surveys they send out a rep to find out what's up, when they find the problem(s) and they WILL, they offer recommendations on what to fix and how.

If after that they still get bad ratings, Ford will yank their franchise license and will NOT honor any warranty work either.

They will also send as many transport trucks to that dealer as needed and take every single new vehicle off their lot, (they are consigned) and now it's just a used car lot.
Its a small town with no work, most of the mills shut down,so atleast half the dealers are doing what it takes to stay in buisness, laughing about things keeps me going lol, have a good one.

I have a 2003 F150, 5.4 Triton engine. I have replaced the battery twice since I purchased it new. In Minnesota, we need good strong batteries. The power to the Control Mod is critical. Buy a good battery, and you should have no more problems with that.
