Default P1000 and P1633

I have a little problem here and looking for some help.
2003 f150 5.4
My friend installed a backup camera and an air horn to his truck and then started having problems. At first the HVAC blend door would not switch, so he wanted me to replace the door. After getting into it I showed him his blend door was fine, so we put it back together and then the auto HVAC controler would not light up. He is not getting any power to the blower fan or the controller. I am getting codes P1000 and P1633. I think it is a ground issue, but what I have seen so far I am being told a bad fuse. Any thoughts would be great full. Thank in advance.

P1000 is just drive cycle not completed .. he must of disconnected the battery for the installation of the horn and cam. Have you checked fuses ?

Yes, We have checked fuses, but I am going to check them again to make sure. I was thinking it was a ground that came loose, But I am not too knowledgeable with ford. I am sure all makes are the same, but I am getting stumped on this one. When we hooked up his horn I made a fuse holder and came off the Batt. , but I am not sure were he grounded it. It seemed after the horn was done he lost his Cam. I will look at it again this weekend. Thanks for getting back to me.
