P0300, 0301, 302, 2196, 0172, 0303 running rough

P0300, 0301, 302, 2196, 0172, 0303 running rough
The other day when the weather was -19 my truck had to be jumped to get it started then I accidentally left the lights on causing the battery to die completely.
Then on Friday the truck started running a little rough and the engine light came on. It smelled like it was running rich, heavy has smell. I used a friend's scanner and got the following codes: P0300, P0301, P0302, P2196, P0172, P0303
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
