Taking mine to the second Dealer tomorrow for same issue, P0175 Code... The 1st Dealer told me, "Your truck is F'd up," and couldnt find the problem w/o leaving it for a couple of days. I've had 2 shade-tree mechanics and 1 Pro look at it w/o results and they gave up.
PROBLEM?
O2 Sensors: NO
MAF: NO
IAC: NO
Injectors: NO
Compression: NO
Timing: Dunno?
Head warped: Dunno
Been working on problem for 2 years... I will post the results of the visit to Dealer #2, very mysterious code, it appears.

The original Problem has cost me a truck. The number 1 cylinder (front left bank) valve spring broke. after trying to figure out the problem the valve finally dropped through the head and blew my engine. To expensive to repalce engine for this truck. Body is in great shape. Terrible loss.
The valve spring broken is what caused the misfire, not compression and such. When the valve dropped is when I got the coolant in the block. Had no clue and neither did Auto Zone who let me use their equipment to read codes. i wish they would have had a compression gauge. It would still be a viable ride.

Dealer Advice...
Ok, the dealer hooked up the laptop this am; compression was down on the entire drivers side back., #5, 6, 7, & 8. They suspect the timing chain skipped a tooth, or the guide rails are worn causing slack or such. They are keeping it to check out the timing components. He said expect to replace the chains, and guides for about $1000 installed...
Will update.

Problem Solved
The timing chain replacement did the trick. The plastic timing chain guide on the drivers side was broken, allowing the chain to skip out of timing by a tooth-and-a-half, messing up everything. Replaced 2 chains, guides, seals and tensioners. The mechanic did it on the side for $500 labor, and $290 parts. Runs like a champ now.
& the mechanic said i dodged a bullet that it didnt skip out of timing further and shatter a piston/valve together..
