Default P0171 (Bank 1 Lean), P0174 (Bank 2 Lean)

I keep getting these 2 CEL codes. Ive already replaced the fuel filter. The truck doesnt start hard, doesnt lack power and isnt backfiring.

Check the rubber elbows on both ends of the PCV hose, they get soft and tear. This is the most common cause to set these codes on a Triton.

Yup, thats what it was. I found that the elbow where the line goes into the passenger side of the intake has a little hole in it.
It looks like over time the rubber just started to break down.
