Default oil pressure

What is the best way to disable the ignition for initial cranking up for oil pressure on a new engine?

Pull the fuse for the fuel pump.

Thanks Torkum Already disconected the inertia switch. Didn't know if I had to disable the ignition itself.

Thank you and what a terrific question! Always used a distributor shaft in a power drill to prime my overhauls. Guess COP don't give us that option.
