Default 98 Ford 150 rear end vibration 37 to 43 mph

I have a F150 4x4 with 230 K miles . It has a shake that starts at 37 mph and go away at 43 mph.
I thought it was the u joints and they were bad so I changed them. The truck is smoother now .
But ! ,the vibration is still the there at the same speed.

an€y ideas? thanks

Out of balance and/or bad tires could be the cause. Is the vibration in front or back?

Your driveshaft could be the problem also. If its not balanced or if it's warped at all, it will cause a vibration.

Have your tires Road Force balanced. If that don't work, move to the drive shaft.

Check for loose play in the front linkages, tie rod ends, idler arms and ball joints. Did you hit something with a wheel like a deep pot hole? Bent rim. Check your front wheel bearings.
