Default Odd vibes?

So I have developed a strange vibration in my 1989 F-150. It is a 4.9 4 spd 4x4 std cab with about 107k on the clock.
The vibration is more like a flutter than a grinding. Suggestions have involved U joints, so I replaced them, no help. I thought at first it might be the water pump or fan. I removed the serpentine belt, and checked all the pullys and fan for slop or looseness, but all seemed tight. The vibration started about 3000 mile ago, and has steadily gotten worse. It is predictable at about 58 mph, and then smooth until about 63 mph. Pushing in the clutch doesn't effect it, unlees you push it in all the way. But is effected by throttle. I have thought about harmonic balancer, but the parts guys who I do regular business with said they have sold many of those for chevy's, but never sold one for a 4.9 Ford.
Any ideas. Almost feels like the flywheel is coming loose.
