Default O2 sensor

I have a bad O2 sensor on my 04. Does anyone know where it is located and is it something that is easy to replace?

We need to know the exact code number you got because it could be on the drive side or the passenger side and in the front or back.

It's the driver side rear one. I found a picture or where they are located and it looks like I should be able to do it. Are they easy to replace?

A little penetrating oil and a 22mm wrench will do the trick. Odd that the rear would go out, what was the code?
