the o/d light on my 1995 f150 just started to flash the other day the truck is shifting fine and is have no problems i tried to reset the puter and it still is do the same thing what could be the cause of this (the shop says there is no code).also speedometor jumps

Go to a shop that will read trans codes. With the speedo dancing its possible that the speed sensor is the problem. Got to have a code number.
