Is it down shifting when you go up the hill?

It doesn't feel like a downshift , 2100 rpm then right down to 1800 .

When you're going up the hill your transmission should downshift. If it isn't, it's a shifting solenoid problem or a tcm problem. If it is downshifting and still bogging down, it's an engine performance problem

I had a similar issue, it went from occasional shuddering during slow acceloration (such as going up hill) to being more often occuring and eventually I was having a cylinder misfiring if I would try to accelotare hard through the "slipping/shuddering". It showed an error on my dash so I ended up taking my truck in and having all of my plugs pulled and replaced and a new coil pack and my truck has never run better.

Hope you can figure yours out!

Thanks for the feed back man , when I changed my plugs I inspected the boots and ignition coils and they seemed fine to me . Not entirely sure here as to what's going on , I don't want to take it in for a tranny issue that it does not have .. That'll cost a few bucks ... Hehe
