I just replaced the upper control arms, lower ball joints, and tie rod ends on my 2007 F150. I had an alignment done and am still experiencing a squeak/squeal type noise from the front wheels when I turn. Any suggestions on what to look for next?

I have heard that noise before on these trucks coming from the cv boots, spray them with a lube and try it
