Default Noise coming from front end

I have an 2007 f150 fx4. Has little over 100k on it and it's making this loud screeching noise from the front end, but it only happens every now and then. When I punch it to start off it'll go away but in another week it'll come back. Any thoughts of what it could be?

Sounds like a sticky brake caliper and or a brake pad that is worn and the wear gauge is scraping the rotor. Only other possibility I can think of is a bad belt or idler pulley.
