need help changing VCT Control Solenoid 2010 f150

Default need help changing VCT Control Solenoid 2010 f150

so i ordered part VCT Control Solenoid 8L3Z-6M280-B and new seals, now when i got the new seals they look nothing like whats on my truck. im not sure what seals i need now. any help would be appreciated. i have included pics of engine and of new seals.
