is my heat blocked somewhere?
I recently bought a 2002 f150 2wd, ext cad, 4.6L with 300, 000km. this thing is in great shape and I am really happy with it. I have 2 small issues that I want to solve myself.
1) the heat and air conditioning hardly blow at all. The heat blows hot air and the AC blows cold air but both blow very little. I pulled out the fan motor and all speeds work. I can change between defrost, panel and floor. The air flow moves to each spot but hardly blows. Is there perhaps an intake that is blocked?
2) the truck takes a long time to start. It has a new battery so turns over very strong but turns over for about 5 - 10 seconds before it will run. I was told it may be a broken vacuum line.
Any help is appreciated. I am pretty handy on the fixing side, its diagnosing that I need help with.

The problem is most likely the blend door which is a major pain to replace. I had a 97 XLT with the same problem. Look on YouTube for F150 blend door replacement and you will see that the dash has to be removed.
