My 08 f150 5.4 noise
I'm sure this has been covered before, I'm not sure really. I hate describing noises so I took a video. I think you will have to copy and paste the link.

The noise gets worse like inching thru the drive thru. It seems to do it more when the truck warms up. I'm parked next to a building so the noise is really loud in the video. Again it's an 08 Ford F-150 5.4 it has just over 100k. I changed the 800 dollar spark plugs and I use motorcraft oil changed by the dealer.
