Motor leak
Has anyone ever has a leak at the block heater I got a 2011 f150 with a 5 ltr engine with 200,000k on it and it seems to be leaking oil from my block heater is this common

I assume the heater you are speaking about is located near the oil filter on the housing. With 200K miles on the motor I'm not surprised it's leaking. replacement is easy and relatively inexpensive. Even Amazon has some heaters for your truck. Good luck
