total power outage
I have a 2006 F150 FX$ When I went to start it this morning It was dead, I may have left the lights on, I hooked up a battery charger it kept clicking on and oof, unhooked the battery cables and charger went to float, so battery fully charged, but I have no Power to anything? any Help with this?

sounds like your charger is not charging it. I bought a Harbor Freight Charger 55 amp and it will Not charge a completly dead battery (even on for days) it shows charging a few minutes and the lights go green (as if its fully charged) But it works fine on a half dead battery. Borrow a charger from a friend and give it a try... good luck..
