I am working on a 06 f150 4.2 it keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse.... I've replaced the fuel pump, fpdm twice and the fuel shut off switch....the fusecond doesn't blow instantly it takes awhile for it to blow..... I'm hoping a Ford specialist can help me out with this issue

Chasing a bad wire is a nightmare BUT you need to get a wire diagram and trace all the related wires for the fuel pump system from the tank to the cutoff switch. I would concentrate under the truck in the frame rail. If there is even a chaffed casing on a wire OR a loose connection it will slow blow the fuse. Try using electrical contact grease on all the plug connections to eliminate bad connections and internal arcing. Good luck
