lifter knock when started in the morning

Motorcraft. They have two part #'s. One with the "S" and one without the "S".

That's good info.. does this hold true for later model (04+) 5.4L's as well?

I am having the same issue, can you use lucas along with motorcraft sen. blend 5w-20? Im also gonna checkout that oilfilter thing too.
