Default lean on all banks

ok so besides the exhaust problem when changing my plugs out the were all white and the tips of the plgs seemed abit melted! what do i do? ive added some injector cleaner to the gas and after driving about 40 kms it seems to run abit smoother could cloged cats cause this or is it definatly gunky injectors?

I ran into a similar issue with a prior truck (02 F150 w/ 5.4) where all banks were running lean. Issue ended up being the intake manifold gasket needed replacing.

Changed my spark plugs and now they come out golden brown si I guess it was og plugs
