Ice-Cable

I need any and all info from you all in order for me to decide to order these or not. Kleen Wheels brake dust shields, I know they will not keep off all the dust, but my polished wheels were in horrbile shape and I am upgrading brakes monday but I want peace of mind. Has anyone used Kleen wheels or at least something similiar. Do they get hot and warp rotors, do they hurt your caliper, can they damage wheel, I have heard so much different stuff i am totally lost on this one......HELP!
