Exclamation Auto Tranny Lines

2006 f150 has blown 2 front seals since rebuild 1000 miles ago.The cooling line from tranny gets hot but the line coming out of the radiator and the secondary cooler stays cold. I thought that i had it flushed when the lines were disconnected at the tranny and i blew air through them for a few minutes. But now (an afterthought) could i have just been blowing air up to the bypass valve (about 2 feet away ) and back out the return line. Any help would be appreciated . I've spent too much already having the tranny rebuilt and towed back to the shop 3 times, with no good answers from them....( Thats why i decided to give it a go myself) thanks.....
