If you have a scan tool that you can watch the fuel trims, o2 sensors, and rpms, that would be ideal if you're looking for a hard to find vacuum leak. Only thing to do here would be to go back over everything. Make sure that all hoses are hooked up and be 100% sure that the gaskets are sealing and bolts are torqued to spec.

Use a can of carb cleaner and spray around the manifold while the engine is idling. If you hear the motor increase in speed where you spray will be your leak. Also check your PCV valve to make sure it's not stuck open.

What about the spacers between the upper intake and lower? I noticed my dorman came with two sets at different heights depending on the P/N of the intake coming off. If you don't use the right ones the gasket won't be compressed properly.
