trouble

I had a dead battery. I changed it yest. went to drive it today. it ran like **** then got better but when I stopped,it stalled. every time. Ithrew it in neutral till light turned green,but I don't want to keep doing that. I let it idol then I gave it high idol for almost ten mns. I thought if I did that,it would reset or the comp would recognize something new. its still not right. could it be a fuel pump issue? not enough pressure?
its an 06 150 4.6

Time for a throttle body clean. An battery relearn process.

My truck has did this many times. I clean the throttle body and do the relearn and it fixes it.
