Default Crankshaft Sensor or Throttle Position Sensor...drive me bat******

My 05 5.4L has about 125K on the motor so I decided it was time to replace the vitals since everything except the filters were original when it rolled off the line. New plugs (no breaks coming out), new cops, new injectors, new filters, new O2 sensors.

I got it all replaced and it was idling rough after doing the relearn, so I did some research and found the Fuel Pump Drive Module could be bad, so I also replaced it. Incidentally, it was. Corroded on the bottom and made a rattling noise after I pulled it. The truck started fine, idled properly and I was on my way to a relearn, or so I thought.

After about five minutes, it started to idle roughly and swapped back and forth between rough and smooth. After a little more research, I learned it could be the Crankshaft Sensor or the Throttle Position Sensor.

No vacuum leaks, I did do that as part of the checks and the COPs are throwing good spark, used a HEI Ignition Spark Tester instead of the Ohm test. All the plugs are good now, one of the new ones was cracked and I didn't catch it initially. All injectors are pulsing and I also threw in a new Vacuum Check Valve for good measure.

Also, truck dies after normal idling after about 10 minutes.

Perplexed, please advise.
