Cool High Idle and sputter on 92' F150 300ci

I Just bought this truck a week ago its a 92 in line 6 cyl with a manual tans. It is sputtering at idle and idles very high. like 1500rpms or better. It has new plugs ,wires ,cleaned k/n air filter, and put fresh gas in her. Any Ideas?

The only things I can think of that would affect your idle is the IAC and the TPS. I am leaning more towards the TPS, Throttle Position Sensor.

only way to fix it is to go to the ford dealer and get a new one. remove the throttle body and replace it.

I highly recommend using a dealer part for the TPS. Learned the hard way using an aftermarket one. It looked the same but wasn't calibrated right. $100 mistake cuz they wouldn't take it back.

change your tps and clean the iac (intake air control / bypass)
