heat/defrosters don't work. blows ice cold air, the vent switcher(i guess blend door) is working fine but its blowing cold out of all vents. backflushed heater core and still no change. what else could it be?

let’s troubleshoot.... get the motor up to operating temp...poop the hood and look behind the motor at the firewall... there are 2 hose’s running into the heater core threw the firewall...supply and return ... are either one of these warm or hot after you run the motor up to operating temp. ??
