Help! what's this noise?

it started a while ago, I thought it was a pulley but after listening to it with the hood open it sounds more like a bearing. what do you guys think it is?

Sounds like something plastic slapping around or something hitting fan blade..pully??????

I'll take a closer look today. I didn't find anything with the fan yesterday but its hard to get in there.

Just took it to our mechanic. He said "that's not good, you're leaving it here." So hopefully it's nothing too bad. We'll see.
