I have a 2008 f150 2wd lariat and I was installing some led dome lights yesterday and it sparked when I put them in and now none of my gauges work, my aftermarket radio doesn't work, power windows don't work and my a/c works but it won't change temperatures. It still runs and drives fine but I have no idea how fast I'm going or any of the gauges. I checked the fuses and relays and they looked fine to me. If anyone has any ideas please comment. I'm desperate
