You should consider involving the authorities, this is fraud. They committed a crime. At least file a complaint with your state's Attorneys General as well as the BBB.

I'd give yourself a bit to calm down and I wouldn't call ahead. I'd give yourself ample time to made to wait and show up in the AM. Did you take a picture to share with us?

I'd also agree that you need to file a complaint and reach as high as you can within Ford. It's places like this that give dealerships the stealership name.

Another reason I have a dashcam.

Don't walk in screaming or acting crazy.
Skip any low people who will just make excuses.
Call ford at the number in your owners manual.
Go down and talk to the dealer principal....if he or she is not in, leave a message with the girl or guy at the front desk with your number and ask to be called.
I have found going high up the chain of command is best.
Bottom feeders lie and try to cover their asses....and service managers are often expert BS artists.

Hope you get this resolved.

This makes me sick. I would find the highest person at the dealership and tell them what they did, show them too. They will know the persons name who was supposed to have changed the plugs.

Sad Guys, all great info and tips, unfortunately, no one will care! They will say, oops we made a mistake and will take care of it and oh by the way, here is a free bottle of Ford Water!

They wont care! The only industry that provides a product of this nature and there is no accountability.

Going to the news media would be the way to go! JMO!

get your money back and change them yourself. 2009 plugs are completely normal and easy to change. 1 hour job at most...including actually blowing out the wells of dirt.
