Default Help! 2006 5.4 issues

I have a 2006 with the 5.4 in it. Once the motor is warm, I can pull up to a traffic light, slow down and make a turn, or just stop and the motor will start shaking and run rough. I have replaced all 8 plugs and coils packs. Both VCT solenoids, both camshaft position sensors, and the throttle positions sensor. I have also cleaned the throttle body. I was thinking fuel filter, but wouldn't I feel the hesitation on acceleration as well and not every once in a while when idling down and coming to a stop? If I rev the motor, it stops running rough and runs normal.

Anyone know what the issue could be or have any suggestions?

Thanks, Trip

Default

I was looking into the same issue. Mine didn't run real rough but I did notice a little trouble/hesitation slowing down and then slowly speeding up.

I changed the Air filter and the PCV valve and I haven't noticed the same hesitation anymore.

Does it have check engine light? Maybe it could be the MAF sensor?

Default idle shake

Don't be afraid to have the Cats checked out.
Voice of experience here. Cats and the O2's cause all sorts of "unfindable" troubles.
