1194 f150- heat works great. Fan has two working speeds: Off and full.
I can't adjust the temp- all air that comes out is hot.

Any thoughts?

Blower motor resistor for the fan speed, its located near the blower motor itself. 2 screws secure it to the plenium and a multiwire plug connection.

Blend door, is it cable, or electrical? Can be either one. Need to know which.
