How hard is it to change fuel filter on 2002 supercrew with 5.4l.

As long as you have the proper tool it is relatively easy. You can buy this tool at any auto parts store.

Just ask for the quick disconnect tool when you buy the filter and have the parts guy show you how it works on the new filter. Don't forget to unbolt the mounting bracket that holds the filter to the frame. Another thing is to bleed the system down by pulling the fuel pump fuse and running the engine until the lines are dry so you don't take a fuel shower when removing the filter.
