Default Front End Noise

Hi, I have a 2003 F150 4x4. I just recently changed my rotors and brake pads on the front and back. Well I`m hearing either squeaking or chirping noise coming from the front sounds like from the driver side, when window is rolled down you can hear the noise pretty good while driving. Noise starts right off the bat either in forward or reverse. Should I greese the front end and hope that solves my problem. From what I`ve read there isnt any zerks to lube.
When I redid pads and rotor I did use brake cleaner..

Oh, one other thing my engine light is on which been in the shop twice for camshaft sensor but will be going back for a 3rd time cause the engine light is back on and autozone code tool stated cam error again.

Any sugestions?
Thanks....

Well, I took the pads off and placed brake lube on the back of the disc pads, etc, etc and replaced the front caliphers one of the pistons were frozen. I still get the squeaking noise. I`m thinking when I used the brake cleaner I sprayed something maybe I shoudnt of, I dont know.
My dad told me to go by some chassis grease and grease up the joints in the front end. Does anyone know there any zerks in the front.

More to add... It could be the shock i jump up and down on the front end and the right shock would squeak, 2 weeks ago I had to retake vehicle back to meineke cause when I started to redo the brakes both of the new shocks well missing bolts on the bottom so they were hanging in the bolt joints. The shocks are about 8 months old and the driver side shock has a nice dent in the side of it.
I bought some silicon lubricant and sprayed around the joints, etc, etc on the chassis and still have that squeaking noise.
Bounce test failed, front right driver side making the noise.

Update: The sound was coming from bottom of the shock on driver side where the bolts were bolted into chassis, so what I did was spray some of that silicon lube to see if the sound would go away. Well it went away, so no more noisy front end for the time being not sure how long that will last, but now I know for sure if it makes noise again will take back to mechanic.

So has many people have to deal with the camshaft sensor any. This going be my 3rd time taking back to mechanic.

there is nowhwere to grease the front end of a 97-03 f-150 the best thing i can tell you to do is get white lithum grease in the can and spray the ball joints and the drive shaft and the steering colum it will help with the sqeaking for a little while and check the hub on the driver side to it may be that

hey man i had the same problem with the front end squeek, i thought it was control arm bushings so i sprayed everything with silicone lube and it stopped it for about a day, i went to my mechanic and he said it was ball joints so i poked a hole in the rubber boot in the upper and lower ball joints and filled them full of grease, let it work in for a day or 2 and its gone now, so give that a try. most f150 owners i know change there bal joints every 70,00km or so
