Default Few questions on my truck!

Hey guys greyghost here, I have a 2006 f150 xlt 5.4 screw 6 in rough country lift, 35" tires, flowmaster exhaust, K&N, TBS. I have a few questions for everyone.
1: I want coilovers and get rid of that awful strut spacer what do you recommend?
2: I lost oil pressure today took to ford. Truck only have 107,000 miles on her! What is wrong? No ticking or knocking but I am buying Lockouts cams
3: I want new and bigger gears 4:56 with lockers what's a great set up for that?
Thanks guys anymore info just ask! Hope to hear from someone soon!

I would fix the oil pressure issue first before I did anything else. Could just be the sending unit since there was no engine noise, but you need to know for sure.

In my experience it doesn't. Fuel and oil pressures are independent... Its actually hard for me to imagine a situation were one effects the other.

Watch someone prove me wrong.
