I have a 1989 F-150 Custom, 4x4 with the 4.9L inline 6. i was deployed when i bought this truck. I came home and it ran like a dream. before i left my battery died so i took it out to charge it. My mom went to hook the battery back up while i was gone to the store and hooked it up backwards. It fried the the starting solenoid. I replaced the solenoid but now either the injecters aren't getting enough pressure to open, or the injecters are being grounded properly. im getting fuel to the fuel rail.
