I Like Tires
If it bothers you that much just relocate it like suggested above. Make sure there is plenty of slack wherever you move it too.
FWIW I have a similar bundle of wires running through the wheel well of my 2006. At 128k miles there is no damage to speak of and I have huge rock chunking tires and drive a lot of county roads. I'll bet at 300k miles it will still be fine. My 0.02 cents.
