when truck just idles or when switch gears (Automatic) from Park to other gear . the power of the engine seems to go down and up and has a gassy smell . could it be the fuel regulator or the oxygen sensor . truck seems to smell gassy when idle regularly. and when press the gas pedal to accelerate seems to take a while to acculturate . Really need help with this. Thanks

Have you opened the hood? Look for a leak from injectors, fuel rail, or fuel pressure regulator.
