Default Engine Cleaning

I have searched and read some threads about this and many have stated to cover K&N airfilter and computer with bags to protect them, but I am not sure where the computer is located, anyone have any pictures of the location?

i own an 07 lariat. i just spray simple green on the engine and rinse it off. but i dont have an after market intake. i also have an 06 hemi all i do is cover the k+n filter and wash. never covered ant electronics. got a friend who does detailing for a living and he never covers anything in the engine compartment, unless it has an after market filter. just my opinion.

Electric leaf blowers work really well. I use one to get most of the water off and then dry the truck with MF towels.
