Electrical problem
I need help, washer button inop, left and right turn signals inop, no high beam, all outside lights are staying on with key out, light **** inop also. The wipers only work when at full speed.

Sounds like a body control module went south, did you buy it used?

Yes passenger side near glove box, you may have bought a flood damaged vehicle, little late but have a car fax run on it, might have a salvage title.
