Default Electrical Issues? AdvanceTrac & Hill Descent Control

So I'm that guy. I forgot to take the battery off before messing around with my fuse box. I was attempting to add a circuit by adding a spade connectors to the underside of the fuse box. While taking off the positive to the fuse box I noticed it sparked and I had completely forgotten to take off the battery. Did so, finished my work, and now the truck is broken.

Symptoms;
-Service Advance Trac came up
-Service Hill Descent Control came up
-Little wrench also came up
-Truck shakes regardless of what gear it is in.
-In Drive & Reverse I cannot apply power. It merely idles at/around 3-5mph, even depressing the gas 100% will not move the truck.

Any one have any ideas? I'm thinking I shorted out a -part- of the system, however I'm still just banging my head against the wall about how dumb I was.

It's a 2014 FX4 with 9k miles on it.

Where you able to get the problem fixed? I'm dealing with the same issue right now, but they just started randomly. I haven't done anything to the truck, haven't even gone in for the first oil change.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like both of you have throttle body problems.. Check the pcm for codes.

I was able to get the problem fixed however it cost me about 2k.
I ended up shorting some of the wires when going through the firewall. I can't remember what they ended up having to replace but it was basically the brain of the truck and rerunning wires etc.
as for your condition I have no idea. It took them a few days to determine what my problem was.

Yup! Took it in and turned out to be a bad throttle body. Replaced it the next day and I was on the road again.
