Default Drive train fluid specs

I don't have access to a service manual, and can't seem to find a recent list here on the site. Does anyone have a list of the Ford recommended fluid specs for the drive train components? Truck's an '09 F150 5.4L STX. I'm gonna let someone who knows what they're doing take care of the transmission, but I think I might tackle the rest.

Transfer case
Front Diff
Rear Diff

Thanks for the help.

Default Amsoil

I use the Amsoil site to get accurate factory specs. I use Mobil One for most of my fluids, but Amsoil as guide for the spec and weights.

Why not use Amsoil?

I've used Amsoil when I can get it easily, but running to SAMs Club and picking up Mobil 1 is a lot easier. Amsoil has a really full line, their multi level marketing is a different way to go going market. Fleet guys use a lot of it with good results.

If you become a preferred member and order it online, you'd have your order on your doorstep within a few days depending where you live and how close you are to their warehouse facilities. I live in Vegas where they have a distribution center so its easier to have oil same day compared to a week. So I understand its not convenient for some people but just order in advance in a case and good to go.
