I received a life time power train warranty when I purchased my 2016 F150. It covers everything that the factory power train warranty covers and I can have the maintenance done anywhere I want even by myself as long as I have receipts as proof that it was done. That along with the rust proof aluminum body were the two biggest reasons I switched from the Silverado to the F150.

Hopefully, you NEVER have to use it.
My dealer's warranty(Brewster Ford, NY) specifies the work has to be done there. I'm going to "try" to comply.
First, there's the price>They advertise $100/4 oil changes + tire rotations = OK
Second, there's quality of work>I'll see how they treat my ride.
Third, there's convenience> I'll see how they treat me!
I really ENJOY doing my own maintenance, but this is a lot to throw away.
