Cylinder 3 miss fire
I have a 1992 l6 300 with an intermittent cylinder 3 miss fire usually occurs after the truck is running for a while all major vacuum lines have been replaced, new plugs wire cap and rotor also have done a fuel flush and have started running premium but still miss firing I have heard rumors the l6 3rd cylinder is notorious for just going out, any thoughts suggestions?

Pull the plugs and do a cylinder compression test.
