Default Complete electrical shut down, on the highway!

Hey! I just just an bought F-150 (2014 XL) last month (December) I love it. That is, until this past weekend. I was driving down the highway at night and all of a sudden all the electrical systems just shut down. No headlights, no gauges, no radio, no power anything. I had to pull over and get the truck towed back home. The engine kept running even with the key out of the ignition and after disconnecting the battery.

I had never heard of this happening to anyone and I haven't seen any threads about it here. It's puzzled everyone I've talked to. There are no disconnected wires, nothing that would indicate a problem.

Anyway, I thought maybe this has happened to someone here... or maybe it's a freak occurrence.

Thanks!

Thanks, I still have no idea what happened. All the connections were fine. It's a mystery.
