I have 03 f150 with code po125 close loop fuel ctrl.Insufficient coolent temp.Can any one tell me what I need fix it.

I have an 04 with the 4.6 and had the low coolant temp or insufficient coolant temp code and it was the thermostat had locked open...replaced it in under 20 minutes and back on the road no problems. Hope this helps!
