Default Clunking! 2001 SC 4wd

Hey guys, so I'm new here to the forum so thanks for having such a site to go to.. So my problem.. I feel a clunking (very dull but audible with the windows down) coming from the passenger side of my truck. Yesterday I changed the upper control arm/ball joint, shocks (both front) and checked the sway bar links which were fine. The feeling/sound NOT GONE! It's only noticed just as I apply the brakes with moderate pressure or if I hit a bump of any kind. If the brakes are applied however, going over a bump I get no feeling/sound as I would had I not applied the brakes prior to hitting the bump. I checked lug nut torque and the caliper bolts and nothing seemed loose. Btw.. The truck is lifted 3in (body lift) and has 35X12.50X17 tires. I've had this truck for over 8 years and this is the first time having this issue. Any help is very appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!
