Default Cleaning the oil sump screen?

Is there a way to back flush the oil pump screen in the bottom of the oil pan on a 2002 F150 4.2L without taking the motor out of the truck?

I did get degreaser through the screen and flushed the oil pan out. Put fresh oil and filter in, but oil pressure still fluctuates....Now I'll flush the valve train with motor flush (again)....
